ooc: Moving to DW

In case you missed the post on John's journal, the accounts are all moving to DW. The communities will be imported some time this week, but for now, [personal profile] consulting_detective.

We'll retcon the plot with the DW sock troll thing later. Probably just go with a thing where it was a creative misspelling that looked near-identical to Sherlock's username or something. IDK. WE'LL CROSS THAT BRIDGE WHEN WE COME TO IT.

Worse than the first one. You call that a Sherlock Holmes adaptation? And how was that even remotely meant to be 1891?

Downey continues to be little more than an exaggerated pantomime clown, and it's clear that Ritchie has given up on even trying to direct him and Law.

And don't even get me started on the ending. Rubbish. All of it.
What makes you people think I want to go out and do anything today? It's just another Friday. Like that's anything special. It isn't you know.

You know who you are

I'm missing some of my bird photos. Send me the ones I've texted to you.
Family obligations are such a pain. If I never have to lay eyes upon Scotland again, I shall die a happy man.

Who on earth would ever eat a kiwi fruit? They look like something a horse dropped. There's an entire bag of them in here. Why?
What? So that's it, then?

You're no fun.

You all know what happened today because you all watch John. I'm going going to repeat any of it.

What he didn't mention is that whenever I bring someone new home, my mother makes me tell her about them. This is something I've done before. More than a few times. For the first time since I can remember, I was at a loss for words. I still don't know what I was supposed to say. Today was not a good day, but I wasn't that disconnected from reality.

I can't help but think that I've managed to once again ruin a good thing.

I'm an idiot. Ignore me.

Shut up, Mycroft.

Interest? What?

If this were a bank loan or a credit card, I'd understand. But this is not the sort of thing one expects to be charged interest on.

I don't know what to do.
